Web based request tracking

Would it be possible to track requests and publish an anonymized list of requests status?

For example:

  1. A request is made by a user through an online form.
  2. The request is forwarded to the correct CSR as determined by the user's selection of a type of service. Such as parts, service, quote...
  3. A generic post is made by the software to the tracking site. Such as: Date submitted, Parts, Received by xxx on Date Time, Date xxx Responded to uses, additional information-exchange dates if needed, and Date completed - This could be in a Gantt Chart format or other horizontal elapsed time bar chart where the bar gets longer each day until the request is marked complete.

The list would be arranged by type of request, so that all parts requests would be together, all service requests together, all quote requests, and so forth.

In this manner all users can see the load on the supplier, and the speed of responses from the supplier, and from users.

The request form could be modified by the supplier as changes in the business occur.
