Is there a way to categorize comments?

For example, in a typical project, we'll have comments for/from managers who are approving/designing a project, comments between developers during the dev process, and then comments for/from QA testers who are testing projects. QA testers have trouble finding the comments for them because they have to scroll through a lot of technical comments that are unrelated to them.

Our current workaround is to use big bold letters like: h2. Test Plan

Could we tag/categories comments and allow showing only a certain category?
