Redmine

I have users complaining that they are being kicked out when non-idle and entering a long series of bug text, etc.

Is there anything other than the apache "Timeout" directive that controls this? I have Redmine utilizing LDAP authentication if that makes a difference. I just couldn't seem to find where this parameter might be changed.
