Hi,

In Redmine 3.x, emails-activations are not working for example, when a new user is created , no emails are sent to him , Ideally he should get the message like this:

"An email containing the activation link has been sent to the email $email_address"

This is one example, Email notifications are not working in case of issue creation, issue updation, provided the checks for these are enabled in administration-> settings page of the Admin.

Please provide the solution.

What is the missing ?

Please help as it impacts our further development/testing.
