Creating New Features within a Document

I have seen that you can create a link to a feature within a document by doing #[feature id].

Is it possible, while creating a document, to somehow tag that a sentence is a feature? allowing the link and feature to be created automatically. Then the user can later edit the feature to add the additional information.

Is this possible?
