[solved] can't import fields from email
Added by [ Desperados ] about 8 years ago
Hi
I'm trying to create issues from email
I can import and set project, but not "start date", "due date" and "status"
in my import script I've
allow_override=tracker,priority,project,status,start_date,due_date
and in my email I've
Start date: 03/12/2016 Due date: 23/12/2016 Status: Quotato
EDIT: added mail headers with utf-8 and text/plain, and changed date format to yyyy-mm-dd
I've added some other fields too, ALL must be specified in allow_override

Can you please layout exactly what you did to correct this so it can be more easily implemented by any others following you that may have this same issue?
Thank you for for the info you have provided.
