I am writing some plugin to be able to synchronize whole projects from another project management platform (like Odoo for instance).
We are using Backlogs plugin, which cause "interference" with hooks and overrides while importing stuff.

It is possible to disable Backlogs in another plugin controller, for just that controller (so it will prevent Backlogs from interferring) ?
