Journal update Issue

Hello everyone,
I had a problem with my redmine 3.2 deployment. Currently we are using helpdesk plugin from redmineup.com. My problem is when user updates a ticket with email. All of the members of the project receives the email from redmine but we cannot see that related update on the portal. This issue occurred for couple of tickets created. When I checked the redmine logs I see that insert query was run. Also I have run the query i get from logs and I was able to store the missing update to portal. Logs are not detailed enough to detect what was the issue. Did any of you guys faced anything like this issue? Please help!
