How to backup a Bitnami Redmine 3.0.2-0 environment and move to to an Amazon server
Added by b allen almost 8 years ago
Hello I'm going to start off with an apology, I'm sorry. I inherited a Bitnami Redmine 3.0.2-0 environment on our local windows 7 pro server that I was asked to move to an amazon cloud server. I cannot find much documentation on backing up and restoring this redmine app to the new server. I have checked this forum and also a lot of the info on https://docs.bitnami.com/aws/apps/redmine/#how-to-create-a-full-backup-of-redmine site.
I'm out of my element and I am not 100% sure this is applicable to our environment. I'm not a developer so I'm a bit lost on how it was initially setup and how to progress with a move.. Any help is much appreciated and I've tried to abide by the rules for posting help and have this properties file I was able to locate:
