Redmine

Hi there,

a customer has requested me to add the following functionality to their redmine instance:

They want the notification system changed so that ticket updates and other notification emails get sent as CC to everyone who has owned the respective ticket in the past.

I did some searching but couldn't come up with something so i would be glad if you could help me.
