How to install redmine on Centos 7?

Has someone installed redmine on centos 7?

I followed the guide provided by the wiki, I found it always has some errors.

The ruby version suggested is 1.9, but when install rake or rails with command "gem install" , An error occurs:
to use the >=ruby 2.2.0...

Has someone met this problems?
