3.3.1 - receiving emails through IMAP

Hello,
I configured the option to create issues through email received by IMAP.
Creation is ok for the issue and the sender (as user).
But, in case of followup added in the issue, the intial sender doesn't receive any email notification. He isn't added as watcher.
No information through his web access too.
More general problem. If I create an issue through web interface, same problem for added watchers, no email notification; only Manager, Developer, Reporter are receiving email notifications in case of issue update.
Any idea of the problem?
Main parameters for imap check:
allow_override=project,tracker,category,subject,status,priority,resolution tracker=Support unknown_user=create no_permission_check=1 project=it-office
Role and permissions are configured for Non-member with rights to see and add watchers.

Projects are private, is it related to that?
I've the same problem it I assign the project to the creator of the issue (if this one is not a manager, developer or reporter).

After several tests, I found the reason.
If a project is "public", all is working as wanted.
If a project is "private", no notification for creator of the issue, people assigned to an issue, watchers... except for Manager/Developer/Reporter.
Is it possible to have the same behaviour for public and private project? if someone create an issue through email in a private project, to be able to see this issue, and to be notified about the updates.
