hello,

could you please help

after some actions (like add new issue or edit issue or change account settings) program will not show its next page

for example: I changed language for my account in account settings and click submit

as result, I see next url in address line of my web browser
https://redmine.is-profit.commy/account
delimiter '/' is missing in url between .....com and my....

What could be the reason for this?

server:
Redmine 3.3.3
Ubuntu 16.04
Apache 2.4.18
MariaDB 10.0.29

client:
IE 11, Chrome 59
