Logging stopped

Logging stopped a few days ago.
I have restarted Redmine but nothing is getting logged to production.
I rotated the log and restarted, but with the same result.

Does anyone have a solution?

Redmine: 3.4.2
Rails: 4.2.8
CentOS 7

Found the solution - there was a file ownership problem.
