Redmine

Hi,

I've opened an issue about it, but finally got around using a simple patch. The patch is at http://www.redmine.org/issues/3072#note-5.

I'm posting here to get feedback on it, as I am no ruby programmer - is this the "right" way to implement that? I guess others (especially for right-to-left, but probably others) would need this too.
