Redmine

I think we are down to the last step with "redmine" setup.

As part of the installation we ran the following command:

ln -s ~/rails/redmine/public redmine

This command generates files in the /rails/redmine/public/ directory. The following three files should thus be generated in this directory (/rails/redmine/public/) by the above command. However we have noticed that except for these files, all the other files have been generated by the command:

dispatch.cgi
dispatch.fcgi
dispatch.rb

I suspected that there is some kind of server root permissions issue that is preventing the generation of these three "dispatch" files. Upon investigatation we found this not to be true. Furthermore, if this has been a permissions issue then none of the other folders/files would have been created in the first place at /rails/redmine/public/ .

Can somebody guide me on how to get the three "dispatch" files generate for me??
