Redmine

Hello,

I am searching the whole day for a plugin or patch (redmine 3.4) that does the following:

if a user sends a mail to a closed ticket, it should ether
- answer with a short Text like "Do not reply this ticket" or
- create a new Ticket

it should not reopen the old ticket.

Does anyone know a plugin/Patch for this? Somehow i think that requirement is not so unusual.
