What's the best way to report time spent by developers on each issue?

Hi,

I need to produce some MI reporting on how much time developers spend working on individual issues.

I want to be able to get a breakdown of each issues, who has worked on it and how much time they've spent.

Looking at the redmine ER I can't find a table that logs time spent entries for each issue, although the data must exist somewhere to be able to get the total.

Am I looking in the wrong place, or do I need a plugin to access this information? If I need a plugin, which is the best one?
