How share redmine information safely?

I would like to share information collected in redmine to colleagues around the world, but I want to do it in safe way.

Is it possible to create a mirror of few part of redmine?

I add another questione related to security: Is it possible to check activity of redmine users and activate mail notification in certain condition ?(i.e. : file download dimentions?)
