How to change name in menu from issue to another and change in detail view

Hello.
I'm new so please forgive me if that question is stupid and simple.
I want change everywhere in redmine in polish translation and original english from "Zagadnienie (Issue)" to something else - for example "Shot (Ujęcie)".
How to do that?
I made small changes in language file, but that change only some.
Second thing:
In detail page I want exchange Issue title with Issue ID. Is this possible?
