how to import issues with the field of "link to" into redmine?

my redmine version is 3.4.6
with the defult “import plugin” it is not good to use.
1、can't auto fill into the title to the import form. if many custom fields, it's a terrible work.
2、when i want import some fields like "link to", the defult import form have not it.

so could you tell me which plugin can support it. tkx!
