I want to know how to make pages like redmine plugins manage use the redmine wiki?

Is it can by done only in redmine?

I don't know how it can be done using native Redmine Wiki, but if you're looking for a solution, you can build such listing using a free Redmine CMS plugin. i know the plugin but i don't know it can be used to do so.
but the plugin seems hasn't support ruby 2.5.
