Redmine

Hi All,

I just installed Redmine using Bitnami Package with this version:

Environment:

Redmine version 3.4.6.stable
Ruby version 2.3.3-p222 (2016-11-21) [i386-mingw32]
Rails version 4.2.8
Environment production
Database adapter Mysql2

SCM:

Git 2.17.1
Filesystem

Redmine plugins:

no plugin installed

After making a project with around 2000 users, after two months we are dealing with an intermitten issues (screen shot attached).
(Cannot handle GET Request).

With 2000 users, we use a server with Intel Xeon CPU E5-2699 v3 @ 2.3 HGz, 2 proc, RAM 8 Gb, 64 Bit OS.

Is there any issues with our capacity? Is there any known bugs related with this behaviour?
What is the best spec server for having good performance with around 2000 users?
