User Display Name in Project Configuration

Hi,
we actually have a little Problem with the User Display Name in the Project Configuration.
When I want to add an existing user to the a Project I only see the name of the User in Add User Menu.
If there are two users called "Max Müller" I see the Name two times, but I cannot see the difference of the Users.
Is there any possibility to show another Information in the add user Menu of the Project Configuration (for example the Mail Address or a custom field)?
