Redmine

Hi,

When I want to create a new issue into a subproject, I only have a limited number of fields displayed (Status, Files, Watchers).
If I click on create, I get the an error saying that "Subject cannot be blank", but I can't even see the field. However, I have created multiple Trackers, Issue Statuses, Enumerations...

Here is some additional information :

Environment:

• Redmine version 4.0.1.stable
• Ruby version 2.5.3-p105 (2018-10-18) [x86_64-linux]
• Rails version 5.2.2
• Environment production
• Database adapter Mysql2
• Mailer queue ActiveJob::QueueAdapters::AsyncAdapter
• Mailer delivery smtp

SCM:

• Subversion 1.7.14
• Git 1.8.3.1
• Filesystem

Redmine plugins:

• no plugin installed

Any insights would be greatly appreciated, I'm really confused.
