About this "Sending reminder emails" function, email CC is also given to the manager ?

Dear Sir,

Could I run " bundle exec rake redmine:send_reminders days=7 RAILS_ENV="production" " function and the notify mail also CC to manager email_address?

Because I can't find CC_to_user_email Available options on this page as below:
