How to get project custom field in issue filters.

I have created one custom field under the project section, how to get it under issue filter for available columns.
I tried with extended fields plugin, it's not compatible for 3.4.5 version, is there any plugins or alternate method to make it possible.

Under issue you have on the right side "Add filter".
Here you can choose the field.
