overview with all projects incl. custom field

Is it possible to display a user field in the project view?
I can see the field in the Overview of the single project but not in the list all projects.

I would like to have an overview with all projects incl. the custom field.

I mean of course CustomFields not user field

Does nobody have an idea or is that just not possible?
