Versions not marked as completed

I'm using the 0.8.3 version of redmine on windows xp pro. I have set all issues for a couple of versions as 100% complete and updated their status to be close. The versions are still not marked as complete. Is there anything else I need to do? I upgraded from 0.8.2 a couple of weeks ago and I dont recall having this problem with that build.
