Cannot load such file -- redmine/acts/positioned

When I tried to 

RAILS_ENV=production bundle exec rake db:migrate
or 
rails server
that not work. It shown an 
Cannot load such file -- redmine/acts/positioned
error. How can I fix it?

Oh, somehow I miss libraries for Redmine.
