How Extend time comment field like the normal comment field?

Hello, this problem actually affects all versions, I just installed the Stack 4.1 installer for Windows.
We write a lot of text in the time entries, but unfortunately this is only one line up. is there a way to extend it so that i have multiple lines?
or is it even possible to add the functions of the text editor?
