We use a triage project where all internal support requests come into. These tickets can then get moved into other projects to get resolved. However, we need to track the status of those issues, I need a way to filter to bring up all the open tickets that ever existed in our triage project. Trying to come up with workaround etc.. since we don't have history filter by project. Any suggestions?
