'Jump to a project' drop-down menu does not reflect project structure

Hello,
We are a team new to Redmine. Yay!
We are setting things up. The project structure in the 'Jump to a project' drop-down menu does not reflect what we see in the Administration->Projects page or in the Projects page.
What information do people need to help?
We are using the following versions:
Environment:
Redmine version 4.0.5.stable
Ruby version 2.5.5-p157 (2019-03-15) [x86_64-linux]
Rails version 5.2.3
Environment production
Database adapter Mysql2
Mailer queue ActiveJob::QueueAdapters::AsyncAdapter
Mailer delivery smtp

Filesystem
Redmine plugins:
