QUERY - Want to find PEOPLE who is not assigned to any issue ?

Redmine queries shows the issues as the basis or in other words uses the unique value for reports as the first column. When we search the issues and try to look at the assigned issues to people, ig you forget somebody you may miss that employee. How can we look at and find this people? On the people side there is no query opportunity.
Is there any body can help or any plugin for this issue?
I am using Redmine Plus Agile (Bitnami) 4.1.0-8.
