Issue not created with sent emails

Good morning,
I have a random issue.
We send mail to create tickets to a gmail mailbox.
Then, those mails are read by redmaine with the rake tool.
Most of the time, it works. However, some times, the mails are read in gmail (not removed), but none ticket is created.
I do not understand why?
