Bitnami-Redmine-4.1.1-Stack on win10 can't connect MSSQL-2019

Dear All,
I'm newbie, first time I install Bitnami-Redmine-4.1.1-Stack on Win10. Now it not working with MSSQL-2019.
My database.yml:
production:
adapter: sqlserver
database: redmine
host: 127.0.0.1
username: redmine
password: xxxxxxxx
encoding: utf8
Maybe have more step that i missing.
I try research, but it is latest version. not user-guide.
Everybody can help me please!
