I am new updating lightTPD web server.
I need help updating LightTPD older version
To the lastest version using Windows 10.

I googled it and they only videos
And article updating lightTPD using
Linux Platform.

Also, I seen articles using Cygwin
but there is no direction or walk through
How to use Cygwin to compress .tar file into windows .exe file.

Please, I need some help
Do appreciate it.
