Hi,

one of our users reported that 20 hours after reassigning an issue to someone else she saw the previous assignee in the exported (CSV) report.
When I checked a couple of hours later (just >24 hours after the assignee change) I'm seeing the correct assignee for that issue.

Is there a (configurable) delay/schedule for syncing the data for these reports or should it be immediate and should I enter a bugreport?

Environment is a standard docker image:
