How to request help incorrect?

The "How to request help" page
https://www.redmine.org/boards/2/topics/667
Indicates one should do:
RAILS_ENV=YOUR_ENVIRONMENT script/about
However, my exploded 4.1.1 has no script (or scripts) subdirectory.
It appears one needs to do
bin/about
Someone with appropriate access should probably update the "How to request help" page?
