Issue update on Redmine 0.6.3.1205

I cannot find the Update option in Issue.
Permissions and roles still as default.
This is a bug or I forget some things?

You mean the sixth tab on the display? :)

(if not visible, check your rights on the project in admin > role and permissions: if you had a very old redmine, maybe it was reset by the new role and permission system)

I'm using a clean install and all permissions are apparentily OK. Using SVN version all works fine, but I leave the language as english and in my install I use my language, Brazilian Portguese.
What you about I update to SVN version?
