Mandatory field

Hello everybody
how can I delet / deactivate the mandatory fields "theme" and "priority"?
Unfortunately, they are always standardfiels in new tickets (also in new trackers), but not helpful within every use case.
For some internal redmine projects, I want to use only costum fields.
Up to now, we did not use "prority" at all. It is set to "normal" als standarvalue and automatically filled-in every ticket, for no reason. Just because deactivation or deletion is not possible.
