4.1.1: mouse-over-bubbles only show white areas without text

Hi all,
although it might be a defect, I like to report this here first.
Already in 4.1 redmine shows only a white area when mouse-over. This area covers text and instead of giving further information it obstructs information lying 'behind'.
Is this a known issue or is it worth to report?
