Redmine

Hi, all,

I have clean installation of Redmine 4.2 on Ubuntu 16.04.7 LTS (mysql+nginx+passenger). All work fine, but when I try to create New message in Forums (from default Admin account), I see:
Not Found: /boards/1/topics/new
How to correct this?
