Redmine hangs for a long time when not used

Hello,
I installed Redmine on Windows Server 2019, I have an issue with server reply waiting time. When I do not use Redmine for some time, I have to wait for a long time for server giving me reply. When first wait is done, I can use Redmine normally. There is a workaround to ask server i.e. every 5 minutes automatically, but I need a solution. Thanks in advance.
