Wiki - link to a page, to a section?

Hey
How could I link to a page to a header ?
h3. 2. *Usage*
* [[Apps]]
# [[Apps#1-Apps-View|Apps View]]
# [[Apps#2-Downloading-new-App|Downloading new App]]
# [[Apps#3-Intalling-another-version|Installing other versions]]
# [[Apps#4-Managing-application-versions-and-shortcuts|Managing versions]]
* [[Options]]
Apps View does not take me to section h3. 1. *Apps View* inside Apps page
How can I structure the path? I tried with :
[[Apps:Apps#1-Apps-View|Apps View]]
and
[[Apps:1-Apps-View|Apps View]]
But sadly no luck :/
