Redmine

Hello,

I am new to redmine plugin development, can anyone describe the procedure to develop plugin.

I have come across one article "https://www.redmine.org/projects/redmine/wiki/plugin_tutorial"
this is through command line, It will be helpfull if I get actual procedure.

Which tool I can use for plugin development, how to test with redmine. I am learning ruby now.

Can anyone explain the procedure for plugin development steps.
