LDAP registration not possible - membership name is not valid

Hello together,

unfortunately I do not know if this topic already existed. Unfortunately, I have not found anything. For us, the registration runs via LDAP authentication. For 90% of the users this works without any problems. But there are a few users where after the first login is displayed that the membership name is not valid. Unfortunately, I do not know how to fix this. Can you help me here?

For information: we have 2 LDAP domains active. The users that are affected do not have duplicate accounts.

Hello all.
Found the solution after all. The problem was that the users had a space in the login name. After changing it to dot instead of space it worked.
