Hello,

I'm a project engineer and I'm new here, so there are lots of things I need to learn.

But I wonder that can I add restrictions for changing status.

For example;
-Developers couldn't change the status to "Resolved" until they enter the log-time (spend time), or
-Developers couldn't change the status to "Resolved" until they make the progress 100% done

I need that because this is important for following the project progress.
