Is it possible to change the week number in gantt chart or calendar?

Because the week number in redmine is not match to our company (for instance, week number 3 in redmine is week number 4 in our company),
Is it possible to change the calculation of week number ?
I have tried to search the week number calculation function or file in source code, but I doesn't find where it is.
