Redmine

Hi,
I have a question about a plugin or a solution. We use Redmine as a ticket system for problems during the production process.
We use the tickets as reorders or complaints between assembly and purchasing. The assembly creates a ticket and sends it to the Purchase.
At the moment we are using the checklist plugin as info points related to error description. For example "Item defective upon delivery".

I have now noticed that we are using this plugin incorrectly, because when the tickets are created, the checklist item is not checked.
So I have to go to the ticket again to check it. Is there a solution or a different plugin available for this case of use?
